In 1965 a branch of Ramakrishna Math was opened at Vrindaban. On 15th February, 1973 a magnificent temple with a wonderfully sculptured idol was erected for the worship of Sri Ramakrishna. Every day after evening vesper service in the temple, Namsankirtan, Bhajans, reading from the Gospel and the lives of the Direct Disciples are held on a regular basis.

Celebrations on the occasion of Janmastami, Durga Puja, Kali Puja, Christmas Eve, Shivaratri, Jayantis of Gautama Buddha, Acharya Sankara, and Sri Chaitanya Dev along with the tithi pujas on the birth anniversary of Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Maa Sarada and Swami Vivekananda are held every year. On the occasion of the Tithi puja at the temple, “Rogi Narayana” puja at the hospital along with Sadhu Seva and seva of poor widows, feeding of poor people are held. Based on the teachings of Sri Ramakrishna and Swami Vivekananda Youth Competition is held every year among the students of the schools and colleges in which about 1000 students participate. Annual retreat and Bhakta Sammelan is also conducted every year.
